Grand Canyon Vacation Packages 

This canyon is one of the foremost natural wonders of the world and is also classed as a United States National Park as well as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This says a lot already.  

The Grand Canyon is entirely situated in the Northern part of Arizona and is a stopover that most travellers include when doing a road trip, visiting (relatively nearby) Las Vegas, etc. It’s an all year round location, but it’s worthwhile noting that it is extremely busy in the summertime.

If you think hiking will take up too much of your time, there are also select tour operators that take travellers on bike tours. Naturally this is a more risky approach, but the guides are professionals and you’ll soon find yourself speeding downhill at a crazy pace!!  

If this is not enough to get your blood pumping at rapid rates, consider going down river. For many this is the ultimate river rafting experience. I mean, can you imagine a more suitable location to take on white stormy river waters…? Don’t answer that….:-)

Activities are not in short supply in the Grand Canyon. Another thing to do (which may just leave you speechless for life) is a helicopter ride over the canyons. You will be surprised at how cheap you can get some operators. The views of the canyon are understandably awe inspiring.

They are usually surrounded by some excellent entertainment infrastructure in the form of quality family restaurants, bars, clubs, etc. The long and short of it is this.
